Admit it...the real reason you make meatloaf is to eat it as a sandwich the next day!
So here we have Tuesday's turkey meatloaf on a crusty baguette from omega bakery (at the north market). Accompanied by last night's red salad. The grape tomatoes were almost gone...as in done..as in about to be gross so Steve tossed them in some olive oil, added salt and pepper and sprinkled just a tiny bit of grated parmesan on top. That's dinner. The clementines are for dessert.
